You have 30 days from the purchase date to request a refund, provided items are returned with tags, in original packaging, and without damage. Please note that refunds aren't available for pajamas, underwear, or items worn without underwear. Also, Mayoral Products are eligible for in-store credit only, which is issued as gift cards. Kindly note that purchases made with gift cards can only be exchanged as in-store credit and not as a refund. We appreciate your understanding.
