SofiaMila is a family-owned children’s clothing brand named after our nieces and granddaughters, Sofia and Mila. Inspired by Sofia’s struggle with eczema, we set out to create clothing that was gentle on sensitive skin, discovering organic cotton and bamboo as the most soothing and sustainable fabrics. As our family grew, so did our vision — leading to the launch of our Family Matching Collection, with styles for children and parents alike.
Today, SofiaMila is recognized as an innovator in organic cotton and bamboo space, committed to responsible production and using only the finest fabrics from around the world.

Our sweet Sofia, niece and granddaughter, battles painful eczema. With love and determination, we begin searching for gentle ways to ease her struggles.
